Reporting a problem

To help us fix it quickly, include:

1. Your phone model and whether it's Android or iPhone.
2. What you were doing, for example scoring a Quick Match with Power Ball on.
3. What you expected, and what happened instead.
4. A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.

Common questions

A score was entered wrongly

Use undo on the scoring screen to step back ball by ball. You can also edit a ball from the ball-by-ball list.

Someone added me to a match I didn't play

You'll get a request to confirm. Choose "Not me" and the match won't count on your profile.

My rule isn't listed

Tell us which rule and how your ground plays it. Player requests shape what we add next.
